Obsidian Guild Studio

At Obsidian Guild Studio, every piece is prepared carefully to ensure it reaches collectors safely. Because most of our statues are produced on a made-to-order basis, shipping timelines depend on the selected finish and current production queue.


Production Times

Production begins after an order is placed.

Typical production windows:

Studio Kit (UU)
Unassembled & unpainted
Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks

Prepped & Primed (PP)
Cleaned, assembled, and primed
Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks

Masterwork Edition (MW)
Professionally hand-painted by studio artists
Estimated production time: 6–10 weeks

Larger or more complex Gallery-scale pieces may require additional time.

If production timelines change significantly, customers will be notified.


Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on destination and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

United States
3–7 business days

Canada
5–10 business days

International
7–21 business days

Customs processing may extend international delivery times.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination
• package size
• weight
• carrier rates

We aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while ensuring safe delivery.


Packaging

Statues are packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Packaging may include:

• protective foam inserts
• reinforced shipping boxes
• separated components for larger statues

Our goal is to ensure your collectible arrives safely and ready for display.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• local handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Obsidian Guild Studio is not able to control or predict these costs.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the box and contents

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Include your order number and images

We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.


Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost or stalled in transit, please contact us and we will assist with carrier investigation.


Split Shipments

Some larger statues or multi-part releases may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
